I tried a new recipe for dinner tonight, Macaroni and Cheese from Gourmet magazine's Epicurious website. It was pretty good, but I think it could have used more liquid. The recipe made a very big batch, and called for a pound of elbow macaroni, so I will probably also decrease the amount of macaroni to 3/4 of a pound, so it will be more saucey.
