Here I go...

A bit about me:
I live in Central Ohio, I have been married for 28 years to a great guy, I have 3 grown children and a somewhat spoiled dog (thanks to the kids who are mostly gone now, leaving me to deal with him!) I like to bake, crochet, read fiction and cookbooks, enter sweepstakes, and am mostly a homebody (exciting stuff, huh?)
"Fibrofoggy" refers to the term "fibrofog" (also called "brainfog") which is used to describe cognitive symptoms that people with fibromyalgia sometimes experience, such as memory loss, confusion and a sort of mental dis-connection. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 15 years ago, after several years of going through unexplainable pain, depression, fatigue, sleep problems, and headaches. What I have learned about this condition is that the most important thing is to pay attention to, and take care of your body. Gentle exercise helps - I like walking outside and doing yoga. For me, prayer is vital. I believe God is with me every day, helping me and loving me. Until next time...
